Creating connections at the U-center Team-Building Day

How do you - as a growing organisation - maintain the connection with each other, so that old and new colleagues can find each other despite working at different locations?

You organise, among other things, a day for employees that is entirely aimed at team building activities like crafting, cooking and playing games. To get to know each other quickly we also included speed dating, an excellent way to get acquainted with your co-workers. This wonderful day took place at Proeflokaal Limburg, located in Central Limburg.
