Head of treatment
U-center is expanding and we are looking for new professionals for our clinic in Epen (near Maastricht in South Limburg, the Netherlands) and in Driebergen (near Utrecht). English-speaking healthcare professionals in particular are welcome to apply. Are you a psychotherapist, clinical psychologist, mental health psychologist or psychiatrist looking for a new challenge? Then we would like to hear from you.
Several health care professionals are involved in the complex psychological treatment of our clients, which is why we are looking for a head of treatment. You will be responsible for ensuring an integrated treatment process.
We are looking for someone with the right educational background and long-term experience in our field. You are analytical, have great problem solving and organizational skills (getting things done). You can work well in a team, have a pleasant personality and are energetic. You recognize yourself in U-center’s core values: considerate, daring, self-aware, driven and you deliver high-quality. We also expect you to continue to develop professionally.
Requirments:
- You have an academic degree, or equivalent
- You are registered as a psychotherapist in the Netherlands’ register for practitioners (BIG), are preferably a member of a professional association, and have an AGB-code (for identification of practitioners in the Netherlands)
- Experience working in a clinical setting is an advantage.
- You are willing to occasionally take part in a form of peer review and intervision.
